“My family and I stopped by Sutherlands for a last minute purchase for items for our chicken coop. About an hour before closing we weren’t expecting friendly customer service since no one ever wants to work hard at the end of shift. But man we were wrong Jose was so helpful and was so amazing! He not only helped us pick some items for our project but also helped us load everything up! Excellent service from him. Thank you so much for our pleasant experience at Sutherlands mineral wells. “Great Service!!! My wife had searched everywhere in our area for triangular Behlen horse waterers. The closest Tractor Supply that had them was Mineral Wells. We live in Emory, 2 1/2 hours away. I called and spoke to th manager, Randy at Mineral Wells and he had them shipped to the Tractor Supply in Mineola. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, Randy! You have made my wife very happy! She says you rock!!”
