“This was the most charming, cozy stay we've had in years. The owners were incredible and so friendly. The bed was so comfortable, even the pillows were perfect. The decor was very thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the creak in the stairs. Such a wonderful stay. I'd give this place 10 stars. Thank you!!”

“Our stay at The Crazy Water Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, charming, and full of character. The historic details mixed with modern comfort made it such a unique and relaxing experience.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. You can truly feel the history of the building, but everything is updated in a way that makes your stay feel cozy and luxurious at the same time.

We also loved that they are pet friendly! Traveling with our dog can sometimes be stressful, but they made it so easy. There’s a dog park right across from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient and such a bonus for us and our pup.

Another highlight was the Crazy Water Coffee & Water Bar — their drinks were amazing! It was so nice having such a great coffee and water bar right there on site.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They truly made us feel right at home.

We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Crazy Water Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and pet-friendly getaway!”

“Such a beautiful and elegant hotel…I’m a huge fan of historic hotels and disappointed of the delays of opening this hotel…said back in 2021 that it would be open in 2024..well, it’s now 2026 and still no word of it reopening (possibly 2028)? Would love to see this beauty restored to its formal glory and I know it takes a lot of time, planning, money, and work to make it happen. Can’t wait to see the end results come to life. Please keep updating the website and progress, thank you!!”

“My husband works pipeline and we have been here for months. This is our first Christmas while traveling. The staff is absolutely amazing. Ms and Mr moody are sweet people! Bert goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is awesome! We had a great Christmas dinner with other people that live here as well. It really made it feel homey. The rooms are what u expect as it is an older hotel but that doesn’t change anything everything works as it should! The housekeeper does a great job cleaning she always makes sure we have everything we need. If I could recommend 10 out of 10! They really do make you feel like family 🫶

“Took my kids, we stayed overnight for my niece's wedding. We had a pleasant experience. The room was clean. Clean the service was great and the guy that runs the place was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool was down but we still made the best of it. Breakfast was pretty good and no complaints here, especially with dealing with a tornado the week before, if they did an amazing job! Definitely will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.”
