Words cannot express how grateful I am for Baylee and Lori for helping me get the return I much needed. They are knowledgeable and I was in and out quickly. They are also going to help correct previous tax returns that I filed with turbo tax (in which turbo tax has lost me potentially thousands of dollars). I will always come to this place for all my tax needs. I wish there was a way to give more stars. They were empathetic to my situation and it was really nice sitting down and having good conversation. I haven't experienced superb customer service like that in a very long time. I will always be grateful for them and their services =)

I've used hr block for about 20 years now. The loans were always worth the high cost, but the last several years I've been denied, even though it is taken out of my income tax before I get it. Not to mention I've never received any kind of loyal customer discount or reward for my 20 years of being a customer.
