I really didn't understand how to correct the issues I was having with my phone .They kindly explained and helped guide me through fixing it . “What's the one thing that annoys you more than anything when it comes to buying a new phone or adding a line? The hidden fees and constantly upselling. When the visit feels more like a cash grab. My experience with Russel Cellular was the exact opposite. I came in wanting a smooth add on to my account and walked out with a 17 Pro Max for a great deal. Chloe was friendly and kept the cost transparent with us. Any questions I had were answered. Overall, the interactions between co-workers here were also very professional and exactly what you want to see as a customer. They don't treat you like you're just an account number they take your preferences and concerns into consideration.”
