Pulled up there was a employee standing by the door on her phone smoking a vape she never look up I said good morning she never look up when inside to purchase somthing and had to wait be cause she needed a few more hits and more time on here phone and wait. If you were the only one working and some one walk by you to go into your store, would you not follow them in? I would've opened the door but not expecting that

Good service but that’s about it. Filthy machines. Broken bottles on sidewalk near entry. High prices.

August 2008 by A Google User
Let me first say I have never met a more overbearing, rude, and out of control person in a place of business in Mineral Wells, Texas. This is my story and I hope that others will write their experiences with this particular person. I do not know her name yet but will shortly this morning as I will be calling to make my complaint. I understand she is the owners (E.C. Connell) daughter. My understanding at this point is she runs this store. August 13, 2008 I was on the phone with my daughter driving home from work and she was at Mr. C's waiting on her boyfriend to get off work. The men meet there in the mornings and afternoons as they ride in a company vehicle to the job site as a lot of people these days do. My daughter was asked the day before to move into another spot nicely by an employee so that is where she parked this day. Miss Connell (this is what I will call her) came out and asked her to leave her lot and not to park there anymore. My daughter explained to her that someone had told her the day before that she could park there. She said she didn't care what they said she was the owner and she needed to leave. My daughter then told her that the van would be there shortly and she would call but her boyfriend did not have his phone. This woman was out of control when I pulled up to the store and my daughter was shocked at her behavior. I asked Miss Connell what the problem was and she said she had asked her nicely to leave the parking lot and at that point I told her I had heard everything she had said and I would be calling her boss. She was visibly shaken that I was the one on the other end of the phone and turned and walked away saying she was the BOSS! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a convenience store and I will never go into this store again. This store has not only lost my business but a crew that went in every morning and afternoon and purchased sodas, food etc. It is very sad that someone that runs a convenient store has that much of a power issue and throws their status around to a 20 year old just because she is taking up one space in the parking lot.
