I walked in and asked about a starting problem. The guy said he had never heard of anything like that. He didn't offer to check the battery or cables. He seemed glad to send me on my way. The Buick dealer in town diagnosed it quickly and said it was a common problem that should have been easily figured out by anyone with professional car knowledge (a damaged positive battery cable). Maybe I remind the guy of his mother In law or something, but he sure didn't seem interested in helping me. My first trip into that store is definitely my last. Not helpful at all.
