This place is a joke! Takes advantage of people, charges highway robbery to “fix” cars but in reality they just break it more. THEN when it’s supposedly “fixed” it’s really not. They also steal peoples cars for two months. What a joke of a business.

Awesome service provided by Mr Nickols and his son Bradley. Highly knowledgeable on my motor and knew exactly what I would need for the sound I want. My truck sounds perfect and I couldn't be happier. You need to go to Nickols Muffler shop for all your exhaust needs and more. 10 out of 10, yall keep up the awesome work!!!

Took our car there for them to fix the stable track only to have them have it for over a week and call us to tell us that its the throttle body messing up the stable track and that it was going to be a $350 fix and when the supposedly finished that they called back and said well thats not what was turning the stable track on and off! Those are two completely different things in the car one has to do with the gas getting into the engine and the other has to do with the wheels!! Still don't have our car back and they still don't know what the problem is or have they called us back since!! I'm not happy with their service at all!

I was needing some work done on my car and refused to use either of the two that are here in Weatherford. I found two there in Mineral Wells and I called both to see about pricing and how soon I could get in. When I called Nickols on Tuesday 10/6/2020 at 3:58pm I got a answering machine. I actually left a message. At the time of this review (10/8/2020 ~8:37pm) I have yet to receive a return phone call. I have a question for the staff at Nickols, what's the point of having a answering machine if you're not going to use it? I had my work done this morning at A&K because Diego answered the phone....twice. Diego was great. I explained my situation and he got me in right quick. Did a fantastic job including repairing the job done by another. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

These guys STOLE $80 and did NOTHING on my car. I brought it in on 8/24/2020 because the air conditioning was making noises and we wanted them to check the air compressor. They told me it wasn't the air compressor after telling them what was going on. They said they would check out, called back, said it wasn't the air compressor but couldn't do anything with it and charged $80. Since my car obviously had something wrong with it, I went to a different shop where they told me it was in fact the air compressor. So this place obviously didn't even look at my car, and still charged a labor fee!! So ticked at them! If I could give zero stars I would!

Got a flat tire at the convenience store across the street from Nickols Exhaust late at night. Bradley happened to visit the store, saw our problem, and went back for his floor jack and wrenches to help. Had us on the road in another ten minutes and wouldn’t accept any money. We’re thankful for his friendly and gracious help!

Had my exhaust done about a year ago and I'm in love still to this day, they went all the way to fortworth to get the exhaust I wanted and had no issue doing it for me they where the only shop that would try and get the exhaust for me and they where fast and cheap and I love the quality and staff! Definitely will take my truck there for the next truck
