Two vapes in a row that stopped on me in day one. The first one was north stellar and the employee said I had to talk to the manager that wouldn't be in until Saturday. Then yesterday I gave them one more try and today my vape is full of juice but the coils burnt. I will change this if I can just get a replacement for one. Otherwise I'll never be back. Hope to hear from you Mercedes. Nice people just can't seem to get a good vape or exchange from here. Highly disappointed.

I went in to purchase items and they said I needed to sign a waver so I said ok but the waver wouldn’t pull up for me to sign and they said to come back in 5 mins so I left and came back 30 minutes later and they still couldn’t figure it out and refused to sell me the items still so I won’t be giving them a third chance. If you choose to shop here good luck!!

The store is set up great and the employee was attentive and friendly BUT, he informed me that all customers must complete and sign some type of legal waiver document before purchasing products. Huh?? 🤣 This is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody else in the business does this. No, sorry, you just lost me as a potential loyal customer. Good luck with that nonsensical business decision. There is absolutely no logical reason for a “smoke shop” type business to have your name and information on a legal form and on file.
By the way, please don’t bother responding unless it’s to apologize with a decision to stop doing this because there’s nothing you can say to justify it.

I walked in with many questions and they answered all of them. GREAT PRICES for what I wanted. I hit him with a spending number and he was able to give me 5 or 5 options. Educational. Affordable. And totally legal (there was a quick wavor i signed via my phone), not sketchy. Thanks helpful dude at the shop on 7-25

Good staff juice prices are a little high I get my 100ml for 16.99 they charge 19.99 but all in all good location
