I bought a new phone at Russell Cellular and received excellent service. All data from my old phone was completely transferred to the new phone. The employees there are very knowledgeable and an asset to the company. You can't go wrong choosing Verizon through Russell Cellular.

Fantastic customer service. I was having problems with my phone not sending texts and couldn't figure it out. Leonard spent over an hour with Verizon support and Samsung support trying to fix my phone and thankfully it was successful. Best service I've had in a very long time.
