My mother who is in her 70's and my sister who took her in today to pick up medication had a horrible time. First off the med was an emergency prescription of which this pharmacy told the nurse they had it there at the store. Next, they drove an hour to the pharmacy to pick up the med only to be told they didn't have it by some guy with a pony tail who was very rude and unprofessional and very snidey with my mom. My mom had to leave without her medication only to get back home and was sent a voice mail stating they had the medication. The guy inside working needs to get another job away from public. Ridiculous to treat your customers that way. Now a second trip is needed because this place can not get there stuff together and be professional in doing it. Plus my mom going without a crucial medication. SMH.
