5 stars aren't enough! Recently, I've experienced some of the best customer service with this particular location. Their systems had gone down for 2 days; which were out of their control, and just when I thought I would be without my medication even longer for unrelated issues, this very dedicated employee Kayla took care of needs as Top priority for me. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Much appreciation goes to all the staff that went into the working through this difficult time. I also want to say thank you for the follow-up phone call I received.

Thank you store in Mineral wells, Texas. The store was clean, the bathroom was clean, and they were so intentional. Along very knowledgeable about all the information that I needed for the items I was looking for. One of the best experiences that I ever had at Walgreens. So thank you, Gabby and Rebecca for customer service that felt like Chick fil a.

I have used them for years and they are always very timely and nice. The past 2 times I have went through the drive through the lady was very rude and obnoxious and this time she says "it's going to be somewhere around noon because I have 20 prescriptions ahead of you" which the comment I don't mind but she was very rude about it. She said this around 10 am it is now 1pm and still my prescriptions are not done which I still understand but when your employees are rude for no reason it just really makes you regret coming here.

Honestly, I normally love our Walgreens pharmacy in mineral wells texas but I am sitting In the drive through line now for 20 minutes while the the second line is on its third or fourth customer. If a customer enters the drive thru line to drop off a prescription, they should not be allowed to wait for it to be filled holding up the line. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s very frustrating when I come to pick up my prescriptions only after I know that they are ready. Complicated circumstances should mandate going inside or pulling a non ambulatory customer out of line to be addressed by a prescription tech outside. Again, our Walgreens pharmacy techs and pharmacist are stellar; this is the only gripe I have but it’s a big one.

Tragic I am never shopping here again. It is bs they charge for using the atm and not even that I can get a slice of pizza for about $1 more in NYC the most EXPENSIVE city in the U.S. this is a rip off over $4 just to get my money off my card that is already taxed by the federal government. So I am paying a few after paying taxes on the money just give me my da*n money. I am ex military and things like this make me confused what I fought for. We tax higher than England did when we claimed we were starting america to get rid of taxes.

Displayed price can not be trusted. Employees do not know how to stock items in the correct spot. Even after admitting they screwed up they do not honor their displayed prices. Don’t even get me started on their poor operating hours.

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful folks at Walgreens for all of their help. To the miserable lady that works at the CVS that hates her job...quit, find something else and move on. When a parent of a child with seizures is told that their child's medication will be ready and the parent goes in the next day to pick it up only to be told that it's not ready, that is unacceptable. You know who you are, you were working 2/12/2020 at 3:00 pm.
