My visit to this store was delightful. The staff's warm welcome and helpful attitude made browsing enjoyable. Despite my usual indecisiveness, I found two glasses I liked with their assistance. Kudos to Jessica and her staff for their excellent service; they patiently answered all my questions and ensured a detailed and seamless experience.

I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for new prescription glasses. The store’s Manager, Jessica, was welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting me. She addressed all my questions and educated me on all the options available for the lens so that I could make an informed decision on what was right for me. The service and experience from start to end was top tier and I will definitely return when I need to update my prescription. 10/10!

Loved the experience in the location the General manager was very welcoming! Staff were super professional and the optician explained everything that Doctor was prescribing highly recommend this location

First of all, I advise anyone and everyone to heed the negative reviews of this place. Please make an appointment with their sister place that is located in Mcallen TX.Now I want to say that the staff are fine at first and things are relatively courteous until issues arise. That is when things might not pan well with the way staff or for their doctors. Based upon the negative reviews of this place, I can confirm that the staff can be "passive-aggressive" and should perhaps touch-up more on their customer service attitudes.In addition, there is cases where the Doctor does indeed rush the procedure and isn't really engaged with ensuring your vision is good. Basically, hardly any questions/explanations, rushed, a bit passive-aggressive, and questionable procedure handling. In my case- it was Dr. Joseph Sansanelli who handled me. Now I do like quick procedures, but only if it is done nicely and with genuine care. I don't have any pre-established connection with this place- so as a stranger. This was quite concerning but he was relatively nice in some sense when it was done but given the past reviews. There would be some correlation of bad procedure handling or service that occurs here with this Doctor.Now when it came time for the retrieval of the actual glasses- there was some unusual issues, but I gave it a week. However, there was too much obvious signs of issue that plagued my prescription and the lens.This is the part where the staff did very poorly. They were passive-aggressive, dismissive, and deceitful with the way they handled my complaint. It was hilarious how I would point out the obvious issue- only for the staff to drum up some vague and confusing answers for the issue that I was facing.For context, my right eye's prescription was not correct, and the lens prescription was not thick enough compared to my old prescription glasses. Now mind you- it was from the same company, the same frames- so the only issue was the actual prescriptions lens. The material, according to one of the staff members was from a different manufacturer and that there was no way for them to adjust/tweak the thickness of it anymore.Spoiler Alert: I went to their sister place in Mcallen, and a week later. I got my new lens prescription with the same frames and the thickness of the lens is basically THICK and slightly bigger than my older lens. So, this fact alone already proved them wrong.Another glaring issue was that the staff and one of their other female doctors. (Did not catch her name) re-tested my eyesight, and despite the glaring attempts for me to distinguish the letters. My right eye was clearly having trouble with it. Now the AUDACITY for them to conclude that my right eye diagnosis was not only fine but was even better than before. This is despite the fact that I had informed them that it needed a notch up as it was still blurry!Spoiler Alert: All the questions we had asked and the new tests that was conducted at their sister place in Mcallen not only helped but solved them cleanly. My complaints were proven correct. Special thanks to Dr. Mayra Lopez!So, at this point, it was very clear that the amount of trouble having to convince them in addition to having to "fight" back their deceitful attempt to twist it upon us was very bad service. To the point where my frustrations with them has boiled to the point where we had demanded back money on the spot. They had attempted to "mail it a week later"- but no- we had paid in cash and demanded it back in cash. We decide to no longer put up with the false attempt on their part in helping solve the issue that they had created for us.Now, what happened next? I went to their sister place on the same-day after getting back the cash from this horrid place. I managed to book a walk-in appointment in the afternoon with the one in Mcallen. That place is more sincere, the staff was great, and the doctor was actually caring and intelligent. Listen to their reviews and go there! Do NOT go here and do NOT make an appointment. Ms. Yesenia was very patient and friendly! The eye exam results were explained fully. Over all customer service was great!
