The service was friendly and helpful. The staff are ready to help you in any way they can. The dentist is great. She was very understanding of my condition. I had three extractions done in one day and today is my second day of healing. I have no pain no swelling and I’m healing rather well. Thank you Aspen Dental! I plan to go back for more dental work soon! I recommend Aspen Dental 100%!

Made appointments for my 3 children, got a call a few days before hand with them wanting to change the date on 1 of my kids appointments because “our dentist is going on vacation”, during that conversation the person on the phone said they were scheduled for the wrong times anyway. Rescheduled for today, got a confirmation call a few days ago, sat outside the building calling them for over half an hour and it looks like no one is even here. Can’t give a real review of the place because I can’t even get in for an appointment. Going somewhere else, this is obviously trash.

I have had horrible experience in the past with dentist. I explained to them my issues and they worked with me to make me comfortable as possible. They were all very helpful on my first visit and explained everything very well ! I have another appt to do procedures and will update on that experience. Very friendly staff !

The work that we've had to do is very detailed and has taken time. Very understandable. We have had a few hiccups here and there but have found that it was just a simple lack of communication. I've appreciated the patience of the doctor and staff and hope to continue to grow in our experience with Aspen Dental. Look forward to the end results. To be continued!

After being on a new patient list for 2 months I finally got in and the staff was pleasant and efficient. I got scheduled for cleaning and will see how that goes for the last 2 hygienists at other dentists didn't do what I called an outstanding job.

I had a great experience there. I pretty much had a dental emergency and the staff was great. Charles , the office mgr. went out of his way to get me in and I was seen promptly. Took care of my issue and I plan to come back for teeth cleaning etc. I found the staff to be very friendly, professional and their prices reasonable.. I think I have found me a new Dentist..!!

I do not recommend them for anything. My husband was lied to on the cost, he paid for dentures that dont fit right and they wont do anything about it

Went in for a 20 min. teeth cleaning and it took over an hour. This is because the hygienist left me alone two times during the cleaning to look at other patients. I was told, sorry but this is company policy for the hygienist to examine new patients regardless of what they are doing at the time. This is unsatisfactory. I will never go to this place again.

I have not been to the dentist in a shamefully long time because I have high anxiety about it due to traumatic past experiences. Lately, my wisdom teeth have been causing me quite a bit of pain, so I figured it was time to bite the bullet. My mother recommended Aspen Dental and they were able to get me in immediately the next morning as soon as I called. Natali, the dental assistant who administered the x-rays was very patient with me as I struggled through them. Dr. Fey was honest, thorough, and informative about my condition. She made it easy for me to ask questions and eased my concern about the recommended treatment. Beth, the office manager was very helpful in providing me with the best payment plan that works for me. I have never left a dentist office feeling so positive about my visit.
