Very very good service came in with a problem trying to connect my watch to my phone and could not get it to work..so ended up exchanging the watch at Best Buy and the manager Edgar stayed 40 mins past closing time just to assist me. Thank you

Edgar was very sweet and very helpful. I went in with a dozen questions and he answered them very respectfully and professionally. Fixed all of the issues that I had quickly and efficiently. Probably the best AT&T store I’ve been to by far.

Marcos was a great help. Very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me get my new iPhone 14 pro max, a case, a pop socket, and a screen protector. He set up my new phone, cleared my old phone, and helped with my trade in. Great place and great service.

I learned that there are 2 kinds of AT&T stores. Some are franchises and some are company owned.And there is a huge difference in service and product knowledge and turnover of employees.The company owned stores could not be better... And the franchise guys are only interested in commissions.

Albert at the store helped me with an ongoing issue. It was a weight off my shoulders and I definitely appreciate his commitment to helping me. He was easy to talk to and courteous. Possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Bad customer service. They didn’t take my trade in phones because I did not open the account with them. They just referred me to call 611, when I called customer service they said the fastest thing to do was to take it to the store.

If I could put zero stars that would be now appropriate! The gentleman named "Jorge" was extremely rude when I was attempting to get assistance on getting a new SIM and activating my new phone. We said only the manager could by pass a screen and manager wasn't available so he couldn't help. Suggested I drive around to other stores to see who could help. I asked when the manager would be back and with a sarcastic tone, he said he didn't know. I mentioned it wasn't prudent to drive around especially with these gas prices and he said it wasn't that expensive anymore. I thought WOW!! I said I had to get premium gas which isn't the same as regular gas and he said "Then you shouldn't drive a Lexus if you can't afford it!" I was flabbergasted. Outrageous to get someone acting this way. Uncalled for. Needless to say, the rest of the encounter was worse as he walked away saying he needed to answer the phone. Left me standing with a young lady that he was "teaching" how to help the customer. Tried calling to complain about the experience and never got a correct number for corporate. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Jorge!! I been with ATT for years and I'm switching over due to this experience.

So today’s I visited the store for my 2nd time and my day turned great thanks to the amazing customer service of Ashley.Yesterday I got the new iPhone 14pro (Just switched from T-Mobile to Att) but did not understand some instructions and I went back today, thanks god I found this helpful and Diamond worker Ashley, she was patient, she helped me and repeated instructions and make everything looks easy.I definitely will come back just to this store if all their employees are like Ashley and for sure will get new phones and lines here because of today’s great experience.Thanks Att for having great employees.5/5 stars for service, cleanliness location and quick attention.

Virginia was very very helpful! She gave us her undivided attention and was very respectful and patient me and my family. Made us feel very welcomed! She didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions and made sure we were satisfied
