I went to the store to upgrade from an old flip phone to a Samsung Galaxy A16, I also told the representative to keep the other flip phone active on the account. Neither phone was working when it was time to leave the store. He said it would take about an hour for the phones to become active. I went back to the store three hours later telling him that the phones still didn't work. He said we should wait 24 hours this time. I went back in 24 hours and the representative told me we should wait 48 hours for the phones to become active. Still, the phones did not work. I called AT&T support and talked for one hour, but they could not resolve the issue. I called AT&T support the next day and spent an hour on the phone. They told me that the store I went to did not set up the account properly, and I should go to a corporate-owned store where the employees are better trained. I went to the corporate store. They looked up the account and agreed that it had not been properly set up. It took three hours and ten minutes with them working on their computer, and talking to a number of AT&T support representatives who only work with other corporate employees. Finally, the issue was resolved and both phones were working. My advice is to stay away from all stores except corporate-owned stores.

Brian was amazing, had called him previously and he let me know they did have the pink IPhone basically that’s all I wanted, he was super patient and helpful. I had the best experts help me out and try to resolve my little issue, they also helped me make a very important decision. Kept my number and waited due to their advice ❤️

this is a terrible place. I was sold a $50 SIM card from at&t, it doesn't work at all. I came to this office to resolve the issue, they could not do anything, they offered me to throw it away and buy a new SIM card for $55. terrible service no responsibility for their goods that are sold in stores.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After I walked in to reconnect my service, I was attended and the representative that helped me (male) was clearly not well informed about past due accounts and promotional emails. After explaining to him my business he straight up said he had no idea what i was talking about, “I’m just telling you what i know” and dismissed my concern. I then told him I needed to contact a specific AT&T number and asked if he could help. He refused because, “there are other customers here”, “I don’t have time”.I paid to have my service reconnected (something I could have done at home on my own!) and left. As a customer this is degrading to hear, as if my business is not important. I came home after and called the number and was helped out by this sweet lady and even credited me what was on my promotional email. If you value and want proper customer service I do not recommend you come to this location you will be treated as such, if not worse.
