I was struggling to replace a windshield wiper blade. Went to Autozone to get the replacement. A tech named Ray took control, got my blade, went out in the parking lot, made the replacement, and could not have been more professional. Most appreciated, Autozone.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a remote control for my car and they gave it to me without instructions to program it after it took almost a week. I give them one star because there is no lower rating.
