I went in with a defective head light and was assisted by Leroy Ortiz. I asked if they installed and with no hesitation, he said that he would check if he could. He installed my bulb within minutes and after I thanked him, he proceeded to tell me that I could come in with any car issues in the future and to ask for his assistance at any time! I thanked him and told him that he had provided the best customer service that I had ever gotten and I feel that Autozone is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated employee! Keep up the great work Leroy and thank you for being so awesome!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and friendly. I came to this AutoZone to have my battery replaced after another AutoZone told me it would take 1-2 hours to replace. This AutoZone was more than willing to help, and even did so in less than 10 minutes, with customers coming in left and right. The manager even gave me some great tid bits of information that are sure to help me moving forward. Customer service was top-notch, and I will always come back to this store. Thank you guys so much for all your help!!

I just had the best customer experience at this auto zone. Jose Cruz was the service manager who is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for their customers. This man definitely deserves a raise in pay. Thank you sir!

I had an issue with my battery. My alternator is draining my battery so I need to replace it. I was stranded at Eddie. He was so kind to fast charge my battery to get me fast on my way to be able to complete some work with my partner so we can get some money to feed our children Thank you, AutoZone,Eddie, and AB for helping us out !! It’s it’s brother.
