I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in to open a new account, and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. I spoke to the Financial Manager and tried to explain how the service reflected her leadership, but she didn’t seem to care. She was gossiping with the staff, and when I pointed it out, she just shrugged it off like she had done nothing wrong. This location needs better leadership. Do not go to this branch—you’ll be waiting forever. They left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be signing up with Bank of America ever.

I come to the bank and request the form for direct deposit, I know that it takes 3 minutes to give it to me, they ask me to wait 1 hour, can you believe it, this bank has me tired 😫.

They had a full house with only two tellers helping. Took more than 30 minutes to make deposit. It’s time to look for another bank.

The worst service...they don't pull the ATMs...and inside there is only one person for a long line!line!! And they also open at 10 am.....the baddest bank of all and the worst of America....we are the same!

Inadequate department. Each employee comes up with whatever he wants. I agreed with one employee to open an account, came with documents, but I don’t have the ATM anymore, another woman says completely different conditions. It's not serious

They ask you to call them back & no one answer the phone. I asked a lady who made my account if the first check wasn’t gonna be on hold & here I still waiting for my check to be deposit since it takes them 6 whole days to verify the check. I’ve seen banks that take maybe 3 days but this one takes a whole week to process my mf money. Im a new costumer & im very disappointed that that. Let’s see got is goes with my direct deposit & whats gonna be the excuse.

It’s weekend, came to get a new PIN number because Bank of America delete mine without my permission, but nobody is here to help, you can’t even get a new PIN number on the ATM or on your phone! Now I can’t get my money out of my card, Bank of America thinks it’s a good idea to not give a damn about their customers on weekends, so if it’s the weekend and you’re having a problem Bank of America it’s gonna tell you “dela with it” they are not gonna answer you, they don’t care.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Good thing I don’t have a bank account with them. Only came to cash a refund check.
