Terrible customer service, I called a few minutes ago and they practically hung up on me,
Tommy or whatever his name is, the man did not know how to give the information I required and simply interrupted me rudely and hung up!!!
Is the staff really trained to assist clients?
Because if so there is a lot to work on.

I have been a customer at this BBVA Branch for about 10 years. When I have needed to come to the branch I have never had any issues whatsoever. The only thing that I do not like about this branch is their ATM. I rather use their ATM on Mayberry. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.

This place is owned and managed by the devil. It has the worst people imaginable working here. If you have a different branch that's further away... take it because you're not going to get any help here.
P.S look for a different banking company. Anything is better than this hell hole.
