I have been a customer at this BBVA Branch for about 10 years. When I have needed to come to the branch I have never had any issues whatsoever. The only thing that I do not like about this branch is their ATM. I rather use their ATM on Mayberry. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.

there's a lady names ELVIA ELIZONDO...worst customer service I've ever experienced & seen...she has no interest in assisting customer tp the fullest potential & I guarantee when the bank is packed she is the only one not attending customers and there are some waiting to be attended.

Worst customer service of all compass banks. The tellers take their sweet time, they don't even greet customers. The line was of 13 people when I went and only 2 tellers. There is a reason why I never come to this branch I had to come because it was an emergency and I was here for about fourth five minutes for a simple transaction.employees don't even apologize for wait times. This branch is ridiculous.and employee still give me a face when I ask what's taking so long.
