The wait time at this location is ridiculous! They always only have one teller for the entire branch!I was going to make a deposit and it took 32 minutes and there were only two people ahead of me. They need more tellers!

This bank is literally the worst bank I’ve ever had . Constantly moving my money out of my savings . Always charging me random fees. My bank was at $0.00 , put money from cashapp on there , still no where to be found. Do not use this bank

My aunt and I went to get information for her benefits and we needed bank statements. They gave us someone else's bank statements and when I called to let them know, they didn't apologize. They said I still had to bring my disabled (wheelchair bound) aunt again to get her paperwork. I am now worried they're sending the wrong information to her benefits. Incompetence at its greatest. Do not bank with them if you're worried about your financial security.

Poor customer service. Tellers always seem they profile the customer. If you probably have a decent amount on your account they talk to you good if not everything changes. Management you guys need some customer service consulting.

Worst customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Situation could’ve been handled better. Plus since when did they start requiring two ID’s. The main ID is there for a reason. Waste of time.

The bank is short staffed due to COVID-19 so the wait is about 10-15 minutes which is very understandable. Gilbert was able to manage customers by himself in an expedite matter. I was very pleased with his customer service, never did he make a bad face or showed any signs of stress while the line kept getting longer.

Terrible customer service. Nobody welcomes you. Nobody knows how the bank functions with COVID times or lobby appointments. Clueless employees with no knowledge of how the bank and drive thru function. Long line in drive thru. Neither one of the services are congruent with each other’s services. Waste of my valuable time. Don’t recommend this bank!!!
