Highly recommend buying a vehicle from here! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Carlos was extremely helpful in explaining the pricing and all the details of the vehicle, and I never felt pressured to buy. They really worked with us on the price, which we truly appreciated. I absolutely love my 2026 Chevy Equinox RS! I would definitely recommend working with Carlos or Johnny—both were very professional and friendly.

Disappointed with janie and lupita. I brought my vehicle because was getting engine power has been reduced on my malibu 2018. So they told me my car has a special warranty if code p2138 shows up. to bring the car over and if that code comes out it will cover but it the code doesn't show up i will pay 187.70 of diagnostics. I mentioned to one of them that i had a picture of a diagnostic with that code she said that they will base on past history codes that it will show on my car history. I picked up my car today and lupita said code didn’t show up that the tech reset/deleted all past codes that they base it on the current codes and i told her is cause you should of said that before i brought my car she never said we delete codes and we based of current codes i even told her before taking my car that my engine light is not ON at the moment and she mentioned again about if it shows on my past history codes to not worry. She just said sorry mam and charge me the 187.00. I bought this car there on 2018 and was about to buy my son one. But wont go back.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. My experience at your dealership was a 5 out of 5. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up leaving with a 2026 truck instead! My sales agent didn’t know I was coming, but he greeted me right away as soon as I walked in. Johnny Escamilla (sales agent) was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Really bad experience at this dealership went with the thought of getting a vehicle was told I would get help no matter what even the manager called me assure me they would help me long story short I got there right off the bat was offered an out budget vehicle asked for something else with at least an $850 monthly payment overall I felt like americo was just trying to get that sale for his commission he even recommended for me to remove my trade in which would of left me with 3 vehicle payments after I told him my situation was still adamant about me taking a vehicle with the 1,300 monthly payment i felt he wasn’t understanding my situation and top it off where was the manager that said he would help me wasted my time came to “Bert Ogden in Edinburg” got helped quick and wasn’t pressured in taking something I didn’t like transaction was easy no hassle I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Bert Ogden in mission

I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change today. I’m interested in trading my 2017 GMC Denali , 6.2 truck for a comparable 2019. So I arrived at 8:30 and was happy to see a 2019 6.2 on the sales floor. I looked it over for 10 minutes, opening 3 of the 4 doors to examine it closely. During this time the number of sales people gathered around the front desk grew to 4 but no one acknowledged my presence.
I then waited until 10:50 for my truck to be finished. I will not be back!!!!!!!
