Buyer be aware. I actually bought a Maserati from them. Worst luxury experience ever, plus a part was missing from my car. I enjoyed the smiles but the service and honesty is terrible. Ask how your down-payment is applied!!!
Beware of you're tired tactic. They will keep you all day with that notion. Now you are ready to sign.
I recommend going to Houston you pay for quality!
They finance for 80 months WHO DOES THAT!!!!!

Please, please, please be aware of contract terms. Normal terms is 60 months this group will finance you for 84 months. Crooks! They do whatever for the dollar!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have had such a terrible experience at Maserati. First and foremost, they conduct buisness out of the Chevy Bulding. No amenities provided. Unfortunately, I agree with the negative reviews here. I took my car for service over a flat tire. It turns out they have NO tires in stock, and they take about a week to arrive. My car was in service for OVER a week. No loner vehicle was provided. When I finally received my vehicle back, it was disgusting. My once cream colored seats were super dirty. Also, my key fob sleeve was dirty and sticky. When I asked for a new sleeve, they said they had none and offered no resolution. I had to ask for a cloth to clean my seat. Don't waste your time and money. In my opinion, people who work at Bert Ogden Maserati don't care. They never have and never will. Zero stars.

I would never buy there again. Bought a 2018 Tesla Model X with tires that had 30% thread left. They complained that i Supercharged $34. I traveled to get the vehicle how do they expect me to get home without charging it.

I was completely scammed and I’m extremely disappointed by the “service” my car received. Dropped of my Maserati Ghibli for routine maintenance and an alignment which I payed over $1,500 for. When I received the car the air filter was not changed at all even after I was told repeatedly that they would change it. The alignment was not done either, car still moves slightly to the left when driving on a straight line. I was even told a complementary “wash and “light vacuum” was going to be done and the car was dirtier when I received it than when I dropped it of + some new scratches. It took 3 days for them to do this “maintenance “ and now I am skeptical that no work was done on it at all and all they did was reset the maintenance light. I feel so deceived as if they made a joke out of me.
