I would never buy there again. Bought a 2018 Tesla Model X with tires that had 30% thread left. They complained that i Supercharged $34. I traveled to get the vehicle how do they expect me to get home without charging it.

I was completely scammed and I’m extremely disappointed by the “service” my car received. Dropped of my Maserati Ghibli for routine maintenance and an alignment which I payed over $1,500 for. When I received the car the air filter was not changed at all even after I was told repeatedly that they would change it. The alignment was not done either, car still moves slightly to the left when driving on a straight line. I was even told a complementary “wash and “light vacuum” was going to be done and the car was dirtier when I received it than when I dropped it of + some new scratches. It took 3 days for them to do this “maintenance “ and now I am skeptical that no work was done on it at all and all they did was reset the maintenance light. I feel so deceived as if they made a joke out of me.

Don't buy or lease a Masserati, because you will only pay for the name not service. You don't get to sit in their abandoned Masserati building, you do business in Cadillac. No matter what the sales manager promises you he will not honor his word. For me they told me that I could swing by anytime to the dealership and they would wash my car. The first time I tried some employee told me in a rude way " didn't they sell it to you clean". I told him they sales manager told me you guys offered thus service. He replied not knowing about that service. In the end I had to go find the sales manager to hold him accountable. He then spoke to the service guy, and the service guy made sure he let me know it was only time do that. Things you don't get in this supposed luxury dealership1. Loaners (especially Masserati)2. Free car washes3. Good customer service, they don't return calls and they never follow through.4. Technicians are poorly trained in fixing Masserati5. The building were you do business is Cadillac and it's filthy the walls are dirty, and the furniture old and outdated.6. When they make a error, all departments blame each other. That takes priority over fixing the error.7. They also don't pick up your car and drop off a loaner when the need to service you vehicle. (Service usually 24 to 48 hrs).

If you buy a Masserati from Bert Ogden Mission thinking you are getting luxury customer service that comes with buying a luxury vehicle, you are sadly mistaken. If am leasing a Masserati and I only regret it because of the lack of customer service and to be honest resources to run a proper luxury vehicle dealership. Wait til all these owners need service and have to deal with Eduardo, he must be related to someone there. He is the only maserati service representative and is not easy to work with. If you need an alternative use Euro-cars in McAllen.
