I wasn’t there. I was at KIA! Makes me have no confidence in you folks. I was not happy with my experience at KIA this morning. I will not come there again unless it’s a warranty issue (which I have, but will wait until back in Oregon).

They never call when the vehicle is done with the service or they never answer the phone to see if the vehicle is done with the service.

Took our ev6 in on Friday it was towed there since it didn’t start, picked up Monday and today Tuesday it won’t start again , they said it was the voluntary recall we got. Staff was very nice! Need to call as soon as they open.

Mayra was great, helpful, and friendly. I’ve been going there for service since 2021 and I have no regrets. Looking forward to buying a Kia Carnival there soon.

First off, the customer service we received when we purchased our first Mazda was an enjoyable one because of our salesman, Rick. More recently, we had an issue with our battery. I walked in on a Friday morning without an appointment. They were quick to get my repair sorted and even provided me a loaner vehicle for the day. Needless to say, I was back within a few hours and the battery was replaced under warranty without a hitch. Stephanie is an excellent service advisor and helped me out every step of the way.

I despise having to come to this kia location. The service is always poor. Service technicians have a “I don’t care” attitude towards it’s customers which can be frustrating because you still have to get your vehicle serviced.

I received a call last week stating a part was ordered was ready to ve install it , they schedule an appoinrnent 9/24/24 at 8:30 arrived at 8am car has a recall too and they will taker care of it on same time. Car will ve ready in 2 hours more less . received a call at 10:50 am just to hear part wasnt painted and recall wasnt fix ethear i need to wait another 2 jours to pick up my car and reschedule another appointment to install the part . Unacceptable !!!
