I went to get my oil changed and get an alignment. Great, fast service. Here's the catch....Every time I go in, the guys there always try to tell me I need extra services that are not really needed at the time. I know a bit about cars, so I always feel quite offended at the fact that they do this in order to get more revenue, but the practice is unethical, in my opinion. Firestone isn't special in that regard. This is par for the course with any mechanic I've gone to in the Valley soccer i moved here 5 years ago. To test my intuitive for feeling with these guys, my husband cleaned both of the filters in my car before I went just so we could verify that they would try to tell me the filters needed to be replaced when they really didn't. Guess what?! They did exactly that. Not surprised, but felt like it should be reported, so visitors can make an informed decision when deciding where to go for mechanic with in Mission.

It's always big and empty, and the dollar store has much better employees. There used to be some spanish speaking ladies who were really rude and tired of arguing with who knows who. Now it seems they have a much nicer staff.
