I bought plantation shutters and shades for my new home. The biggest issue I have, THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. The remotes to the shades have gone out and I can't get anyone to call me back. Same thing when I placed my order and called to find out the status, I had to call and call them to get a response.
