“Oh how I missed Aguilar's Meat Market!! I was away for 5 months all the way to San Fransisco California and no meat market compares to Aguilar's Meat!!! Great supermarket. Great meat. Look out for their Facebook as they post their weekly specials, wednesdays vegetables and fruits sale of the day and now it the sale lasts all wk (usually 4 items)!! How awesome is that. Thursdays always have a sale on 1 meat for that day only, and wkend sales. Great store. Awesome Menudo and Barbacoa on Saturdays and Sundays. I went to get my meat and veggies to start prepping for my barbacoa and wkly meals.”

You can order by phone or online, which should be normal by now, but plenty of places still make it harder than it needs to be. They’ve adapted. The flavor has that strong northern-style seasoning. It’s not generic. It tastes intentional, bold, and consistent. Is it cheap? No. It’s gourmet. But the quality shows. When you start with better meat, the whole grill game changes.
