I work pipeline, went in to cash my check after work.The teller was giving me there’s no way this guy earns that much money with his dirty clothes and all. I guess I’ll go dressed up in a suit next time so I won’t get the stinky face. Lol

Apparently the bank teller, then bank didn't have money to cash my payroll. I am starting to think the bank is broke they can cash a $4000 check being that the check is from their bank smh

I could open my daughter high school account. I came at 1:25 pm and they said I can’t because they don’t open accounts after 1:15 pm on Saturday. No good customer service.

I was told last week by the branch manager to come before 4:30 and I could open my sons high school account. I came at 4 and Ashley said I can’t because they don’t open accounts after 4. The branch manager was also unavailable due to his birthday. So I was not helped at all and Ashley Jauregui was full of attitude and was very rude. I had asked for a piece of paper and she was very disrespectful. Nicole was nice and was trying to be understanding. But Ashley definitely needs to get customer service training.

This is the best Chase branch there is!! All the tellers are amazing! They’re always going above and beyond to make my transactions fast! This time they even gave my pup some treats ??

Waiting time is horrible. They don’t let you know if there’s appointments ahead they just have you wait for hours before telling you.

They only have 2 lanes in the drive thru and most of the time one person operates both!!!! Was in line for 35 min!!!! Horrible
