Have been to Collision Masters twice and have had amazing experiences both times. The owner, Joel Garcia and his staff stayed open late to receive our vehicle each time and answered any and all questions in the process. We were updated on progress regularly by the knowledgeable staff and the staff were always very professional.
This is not a place you ever plan on using, but if you ever need work done I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Would you be able to get along without your vehicle for seven weeks? Well, I had to. They had my car for seven weeks. This was my third time taking my car to them. I felt they had done a good job previously so even though I live in San Juan, I still took my car to Collision Masters in Mission. Every time I called to ask about my car, they said they would get back to me and they never did. In June of 2021 I had the entire front of the car replaced. Same thing this time. Except now, it took seven weeks and a lot of excuses. They said they painted it and there’s a spot missing paint. They said something about needing a special part but this was not the case in 2021. I know I’m just one person and I doubt they care but I will never return. They can’t give me back my time and they didn’t even care.
Thank you for the reply but it doesn’t solve anything. I’m just supposed to call the same number I had been calling for over a month? Then what? For whom should I ask? I just tell the person who answers what happened? They know. It’s going to be the same ones who answered when I would call to ask about my car.

A business that has no word. They are thieves. They lost my car keys and for 2 months of talking every day they had excuses. They didn't pay me for my keys. I don't recommend it at all.

If I could leave less than one star I would. My experience has been horrible. Nine moths with my truck and was turned in with check engine light and my a/c throwing hot air. They will give you the run around and lie. They will take advantage. If you can take your vehicle anywhere else PLEASE DO SO!! I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

Easily the most kind, helpful and all around great people that work at here! The team helped me from the first minute they showed up when I was in need towing services; and, assisted me with every step of the process to ensure I was getting the solutions I needed with my insurance provider!
