I brought the car back three separate times , after the repair, and each time I was told no issue could be found. The staff was polite, but it became inconvenient having to return multiple times without a resolution.
Recently, I took the vehicle to my personal mechanic. Within 30 minutes, he discovered moisture inside the door, affecting one of the modules and causing the issue. He explained that the seal wasn’t properly done, which led to water intrusion. He made adjustments to fix the problem.
I reached out to the body shop to share this feedback and express my disappointment that the issue wasn’t identified earlier. I asked to speak with a manager, but I’ve yet to receive a response. Additionally, the workmanship on the door could have been better — some parts looked hastily put back together. I hope the owner of this will get to read this because the lack of Workmanship is going to ruin your business
Overall, I wish the original repair had been done more thoroughly and that communication after the fact was handled better.

Great service with my car. Steve and Basilio consistently kept me updated with photos and other updates. Will definitely recommend this body shop to others.
Coming back to add that Saul, who also work there, helped me out a lot with locating a leak from the back window that a third party installed during their body work. He got the person on the phone and scheduled them at my earliest convenience and had me out of there quickly on the day-of. He also offered me a complimentary buff and clean after noticing some cat scratches on the car, due to me having to bring the vehicle back. He was also very helpful.

It was a good experience at collision work of mission they made the process real easy and explained everything with detailed information about the vehicle they even updated us every two days on how the repairs were going definitely will recommend and definitely deserve a 5 star rating on the pictures below you can see the before and after good quality and detailed work they did definitely recommend

Took my vehicle in for repairs at the end of November. The vehicle was ready on the promised date by 5pm, they close at 5:30pm.
When I arrived, I noticed the bumper was crooked. I asked the man walking me through the repairs and he claimed that that is how Hondas are made rather than addressing my concern.
When I got home and had time to fully review the vehicle, I noticed the paint match was very off, the car looked like it had been left with the doors open in a dust storm, and that was a part that had not been replaced and a screw fell out.
When I had time off and could return to address concerns, the manager listened and promised to correct the issues.
I was told a few different excuses for the paint by different people. One was that they paint match to the code on the interior of the door, so the sun must have bleached the exterior paint. The vehicle is only a year old. I was then told they paint match to the color on the interior of the door, not the code. When I picked up, I was told they paint match to the color on the front bumper. If I worked there, I would also be confused at what the guidelines are so I can understand why my white car had a beige bumper.
After leaving my car for a second time to correct concerns, the paint color was matched properly, the damaged part was replaced and the car was lightly vacuumed. There is still a significant amount of dust all over and there is also a small crack on the bumper where it meets the tail lights.
Happy that they corrected most of the concerns, upset that I was spoken to the way I was, and told several different explanations.
I was told that they didn’t want me to feel like they were taking advantage of me (assuming they said this since I am female). But at the end of the day, I definitely feel like this is the case.
Updating to add that when I started to clean my car properly I found signs that they left the parts outside in the sun. Bird poop was all over the plastic pieces they needed to remove to do the work. And parts were still not placed correctly.

Took in my truck for hail damage. Came out with more issues than what the actual hail damage was. Front drivers window doesn't lower, door behind driver doesn't open from the inside, paint does not match to original color and worse of all water leaks inside through the back window
