Excellent customer service, prompt service , excellent communication between customer and merchant. My truck looks brand new like nothing happened. Mr. Ruben Alvarez is so courteous and explains with detail and makes the process easier for the customer. His whole staff is excellent. I would definitely come back for any repairs that I might need in the future. This merchant works well with your insurance to meet your needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Color Coats Collision Center LLC for a fresh of paint on my corvette and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The final product is flawless, rich, even color with a clean finish!!!

My first collision accident and I was referred to Color Coats Collision Center by a friend. I was very impressed with the 1st class customer service by Mr. Fred Alvarez. He was very detailed on the repair process, repair time and all my questions were answred up front. My car was ready in 4 days of the 10 days that I was advised. My repairs were done to pre loss conditions. I would highly recommend this shop and their second location I Alton Tx.....
