Great customer service from manager Destiny she helped me set up my phone,highly recomend this cricket which she had alot of pacience transfering my number and pictures also help me take my phone with a payment plan. My husband and i will make this cricket our go to from now on.

The “manager “ was super rude she was on the phone trying to fix her phone & blamed us for mistakes she made because she was mad that they didnt want to wait “10min for her because she was at work” , she didnt want to help because she was more focused on her phone as we where walking out she said “mam wait it’s because i was dealing with a rude customer “ even after we where patient because she was doing 2 things at a time. earlier before we came back she stated a whole story how shes on the run and has warrants and was mad because life wasnt going her way , & proceeded to say i been a manager for 6 months i make no mistakes when she was mad.
