The worst customer service!!! It’s always the same lady that has the worst attitude, every time I go she’s always mad and talks back to me like if I’m the dumb one. They should really fire her because I’ve noticed she talks to everyone the same way, it’s not our fault you don’t want to work!!!

I had an excellent experience at this CVS Pharmacy! A special shout-out to the male pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me get the medicine I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had all the information I needed. His professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the outstanding service—I truly appreciate it!

I stopped by today, 9/29/24, at 3:50AM to drop off my prescriptions. The Pharmacist was quick to help me out and told me the medication would be ready in 10 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I’m thankful for great and fast service.

I felt like I was absolutely being punked. I get off early to get a passport photo down and was told that they close photos on Thursdays only…??!! And then was told it varies by location. No it’s because you are too lazy to service me. Cannot stress enough to not come here. Thanks lady for gaslighting

Came in to pick up an online order and walked the store 3 times looking for an employee before giving up and asking the pharmacist. They said they just sent 3 other people up there and called for someone to come to the front. Apparently here the employees just sit in the back and let the self check out do everything and then me the customer has to wait on them to come out and give me what I have already bought and paid for all I need them to do is hand it to me. Then when the ONE lady came out she was slammed with people wanting photos and there to pick up orders. There were 5 of us in total waiting and then at the end another employee finally showed up from the back. Customer care is absolutely TERRIBLE here!!

Very bad experience on this Pharmaci for the first time With this cashier Jacqueline cashier #1924889 on 7/19/24 at 3:33PM . I was on line waiting for 5 minutes while , she was doing something on the back and she was doing eye contact with me and other customers online after seven minutes I asked her to charge my items and she was very Disrespectful when she told me that I could use the self check out and I told her I’ve been waiting for you all this time and now you don’t wanna attended me? Thank God, the other two person behind me tell her that she needs to take care of the customers first and then continue what she was doing. I asked her to call one of the managers and she said that no one was available. I work on a retail stores and I always said if you don’t feel like being working with people just stay home unfortunately, I do work Close by to that pharmaci and I’m pretty sure next time I will call a manager to have discussion about the situation
