Horrible customer service!!..Who ever hired Eduardo M. retrain him on customer service, because he clearly lacks service skills along with who ever was answering the phone, Eduardo keep being sarcastic with customers and that evil smile you had and it won’t take you that far..Mike “manager” shame on you for accepting that behavior from your associates, they are a reflection of you..They properly have that attitude because you set no high expectations..

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst pharmacy around. They never answer the phone. “Technicians” are just walking around literally wasting time but never manage to have prescriptions on time. I have been called multiple times to tell me the prescription is ready only to show up and not he the case. Just save your time and go elsewhere.

I am writing the review to express my anger of how I was treated by the Store manager at this specific store. Reason for my visit is because I wanted to do a return for items I had overspent on and that I had purchased at this same location 3 days ago. To start of instead of being greated as I walked in the store, the store manager asked me " what are you here for ma'am?" As I proceeded to say "Hi, im here for a return" he then tells me " get in back of him ( a customer who was in line.) Store manager name " Eli" then comes up to me while im still waiting in line and tells me "let me see your return" as I was picking up my bag and without even opening it or without him looking at my receipt he said " we cant return that because you used extrabucks " I then proceed to ask him " Why? I came weeks ago to do a return and my returnwithout issues" he then tells me " No im not doing your return. " Mind you he wasnt even the person helping at the register it was another lady. I then ask him " where in your policy does it say I cant do a return?" he proceeds to point at the policy in the counter and I asked him to please show me exactly since there are so many words I needed help finding that specific policy that I was looking for. He then tells me " you can read." How is Eli even a store manager here, I called corporate already to let them know about this incident but he shouldnt be treating customers like this, he didnt show empathy at all like not even an " Im sorry ma'am this isnt returnable" and its reason of why. I also heard of somebody near me that he doesnt even let you be there for more than 10 minutes if not you get kicked out and that you can only do 1 purchase per day like how is this even something acceptable by the company. Do not come to this store they dont care for their customers

The staff is friendly but, they remind me of the sloths from the Zootopia cartoon. They go sooooo slow its frustrating. They felt the need to put up 5 baskets of medications before finding out what I needed.

Went to drive thru pharmacy at 6am just had gotten out from er with my 2 yr old waited in line for over 40min black male pharmacist took insurance info from person infront of me gave him his meds once my turn he said i had to wait 3to 4 hrs for meds that he was backup that i could my perscrition to another pharmacy at 9. First pharmacist that has a very long wait time and very inconsiderate.

Manager Selena was very unprofessional and rude. She stated “I choose how to run the store” when asked about the 24hr availability to make payments. She continued to shrug and dismiss me. Do better.

Had the most uncomfortable experience and went in to purchase items for my elderly mom we took our time and selected her vitamins and so for when getting to check we had a lady rush over employee and yell out loud ARE YOU YSING AN INSURANCE MIND YOU THAT IS NONE OF HER BUSINESS WE ARE CONDUCTING A TRANSACTION! I had entered my phone number and continued the transaction she bullied dose between us and void it saying out loud and embossing my mom stating you can use your number and your Visa card???? That was not correct we have always used and scanned are own items with out problems from the moment she was on top of us was uncomfortable as we were going to steal. She cause so much discomfort that evening . I paid the difference with my credit card which I could of used coupons or rebates but her bullying presents was was so not called for especially since I have my own business meaning I have plenty of $ but why did she feel to think she had and F right to announce my mom personal business to F customers I will be filing complaint with corporate I didn’t cause a scene in front of my elderly mom but believe I’ll be back…..to get name picture and title. Don’t shop here with someone that does not respect personal space People if your scanning your items there are tons of cameras and your basically doing the job next time pony tail women your over I will not be so polite.

The manager was rude and accused me and said that I was trying to get “special treatment”.I was only trying to learn how to coupon there in store. And especially doing so through self check out. It’s not the first time I go there. But never did I think the manager was gonna “help” when he was basically complaining while he was helping me bag my items.Sadly this location is the closest to me.I’m very respectful when it comes to stores rules, it’s alright. I had quite the experience but with the manager, was kinda surprised the way he was treating me.

Terrible customer service. I went in with my boyfriend to buy some mouthwash that had a special and as I was checking the price in the red box “Mr. Eli” comes over and tells me I cant “extreme coupon” after 8 pm, that I couldn’t use paper nor digital coupons. That it was “store policy”. I let him know I wasn’t using paper coupons and what exactly did he mean since digital coupons apply automatically. I asked him to check the price of an item for me and he told me I could check in the red box. Which wasn’t working hence me asking him to check for me. Which he didn’t do and asked another employee to do for me. As I was scanning my items in the self checkout he Voided my transaction and I asked him what he was doing and he said I HAVE TO put my phone number first and he was literally on my face & personal space and taking the items from me as soon as I would scan. I told him I knew how to scan items and bag them myself. I asked him for his name and he stated his name was Eli and I asked if he was the store manager and he said he was. If that’s the case , CVS needs to do a better job at hiring and training their managers. This man was extremely rude and was literally harassing me in the store by assuming I was “extreme couponing”, being all in my face and space.

I've never been told I am only allowed to make 1 transactions per a day and that help or a question with coupons is only allowed 8am - 8pm new managers rules Im from San Antonio and the managers there help me anytime they even help me find the best deal repeatedly big shout out to my wurzbach parkway managers and employees they don't stand n watch me like I don't need to steal I get it cheaper with my coupons...seriously what corporation turns down money oh yeah they aren't open anymore ...McAllen managers s...u....c.......

Worst customer service ever first and last time waited for a whole 20 hrs and couldnt bother to call or txt to tell me 1 was still pending and been trying to call to talk to somebody and couldnt get past the machine and couldnt get an answer about the medication

The worst store, I bought a snack and I forgot to scan another one that I had and I wanted to buy the one that I forgot separately, and they didn't let me buy it because there is a limit of one purchase per customer, very bad experience in this store 2314 E.expressway 83 Mission Tx. 78582
