  after 3 days my bleached hair literally turned yellow and I messaged her to fix it (February 2024), she kept taking long to reply (weeks) even after I double messaged her if she could fix it. When she would reply, she’d just give me excuses as to why she couldn’t schedule me. One time she even said she was very busy with appointments And then proceeded to post a picture With the caption “ Appointments still available for this month”. This went on for about 3 months!!! Till this day she hasn’t responded to me. (August 2024). Very unprofessional. I’m glad I found a better hairstylist elsewhere who’s respectful and values me.
