There was an employee pretending to be manager and she refused to allow a customer to make a purchase before closing time. She basically dismissed him or anything he had to say. Then when it came time for me to pay, she was belligerent and refused to honor a promotion they were having. And she seemed to enjoy it. It was close to closing time, so I understand the urgency to go home on an employees part. But, her attitude and vibes were completely disgusting. Felt like laziness to me. She should not be in a customer facing role. Maybe she would be best as a stocker or something in the back of the store where no one sees her because she has zero clue how to treat people, much less any sort of leaderships skills that would possibly help her be the real manager one day. Also, no one wants to be around negative energy like that.
