Poor service, don't honor coupons even when they are valid. "Keyholder" wouldn't even let me to try to explain that it days the deals are "added automatically" very rude individual should.mot be in customer service. When I asked kindly to let me finish before I got interrupted he interrupted again, when I mentioned it once he more he basically said it happens to everyone including himself that the coupons don't work and just walked away. Very sad to see this kind of customer service and causing them to lose customers, cashier on the other hand super nice.

Terrible service from the staff today, June 4, 2024, a redheaded lady and a guy with glasses and a beard, the coupons are not worth it and you tell him that you won't take him and he throws him on the floor, very bad service, the truth is, and the person before me he did the same 0 stars

It's great having this store close to home , only thing is it's always super busy and always only one person at register. Most stores I've been in have a self checkout at least.

I saw the signs the gentlemen posted earlier.. I was a witness of an issue that happened early that morning when an elderly women needed a cart and they were all outside because of the rain. I love this Dollar general because the employees are nice and keep this store organized. So in my opinion we should be grateful for the hard work this team does for us as a community.
