They should only have self-checkouts if they're not doing any customer service and get rid of the male cashier and skinny short female with real short hair. I think she's the manager but they make the worst team as they just watch you pay full price. I asked if I could get deal for the 2 for $7 chips but the male said it's only when you have the app. I told him I could get it right then as there was nobody in line (there's nobody ever in line and probably because of their poor customer service) but he refused. Because of that, I told him to take off the 2nd bag as I didn't want it if I wasn't getting the deal. He still had to call his manager for permission to remove the bag. They might as well could have given me the deal since by then, I already had the app downloaded but she simply removed it without saying a word. It would save them at least a whole employees check if they got self-check outs. The whole point of having employees instead of self-checkout registers, is because people prefer customer service, but they very apparently aren't doing it.
