Recently, received a cupcake arrangement delivered for my wife's birthday from our out of town daughter, for the price she paid it was awful. Cupcakes were dry and the crust on the cheesecake was mush. They must freeze their products and thaw when ordered. Telling her to save her money next time. Also they included a coupon that expired on 09/30/2022.

Ordered two orders of white chocolates from them and white chocolate that was supposed to be in the shape of doves. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE PRESENTATION!!!!! The chocolate was melted on the fruit, the doves were shaped like triangles DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edible Arrangements in Mission, TX, your flowers were 100% unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Your business should not be allowed to represent the Edible Arrangement brand. You did not help my mother celebrate her occasion. When the issue is your product, the customer should be able to receive at the very least an exchange. My mother received living flowers from Edible Arrangements, Mission TX today, 09/28/2020, and the sun flowers were moldy, droopy, and dead. When she called as a concerned customer, she was informed by the manager to give the flowers some time to bloom. However, according to this, “most common threat to these plants is Sclerotinia stem rot, also known as white mold. This fungus can cause sudden wilting of leaves, stem cankers and root or head rot. Crop rotation can reduce the likelihood of this disease as well as proper watering practices,” so basically Mr. A, blooming will not be happening after feeding the flowers, because there already dead. Please respond if you will be correcting this unpleasant product/service.

the fruit is delicious i have no complaints, but the flowers they were really expensive and not worth it. my flowers had mold and some were dead. i called the establishment and was told it was normal. to wait a day that they would perk up. i was really disappointed. not what i was expecting on my birthday

Very Disappointed, normally when I place an order it lets us know due to a high amount of orders or what ever the issue is the order might not be delivered same day or so forth. I placed an order and didn’t warn me or anything there was available delivery same day early morning and I get a call from this man I’m assuming the manager stating he cannot deliver that I can pick it up. No apologies no nothing! Just that they are booked! Then why do you have ur availability open online you take our money to cancel the order and wait several days to get it returned. He had no sympathy and did not care. We usually order from this place my husband specially and they lost a customer. My order was very small a box of 6 chocolate and to deliver down the street. Worse service ever!!
