I purchased a ps5 for my brothers birthday and did not fully check out the console which was my mistake after realizing the console had a problem and I had passed the 24hr mark by a day, Andres did not give up on helping me and helped me get a replacement console for a price difference and the best situation for me. EzPawn Conway, Andres and Management have a great team and do help customers with the best intention to satisfy their customers. I am truly grateful and a happy customer ??
