Terrible service. Their Credit card swipe machines were not working except for one and plus they charged me twice on my credit card. I call their phone number and they have a voice recording message saying that no one can take the call, that they are busy taking other calls, but it is being like that for many days. This is why I cancel our monthly subscription, their Lack of Customer Service and plus they do not dry towel the cars at the end (Grease Monkey does).

Went above and beyond for me today, brought in a truck that was parked under a tree for a week and had a lot of bird poop, the worker took about 3 minutes going out of her way to ensure the truck was scrubbed down as much as possible before the truck even went into the wash. This was done without being asked to do it. Great job and thank you for going above and beyond.

Paid for the Go Big wash and my car still had bird poop and dirt on it. Now I went through 3 TIMES and the dirt is still there and so is the bird poop. I asked for a refund but the manager told me no and to remove the dirt and poop myself. This is unacceptable. I went back and the employee said that the manager would call me and let me know about my refund. It's now been over THREE WEEKS and the manager still hasn't called me to give me my refund. This is beyond unacceptable. How difficult is it to call me and send me my refund? Why haven't they called me?

I was struggling trying to pick out a membership and Madeline came out to help me today this afternoon. She showed me the promotions and I ended up getting the to go big and she also gave me a $5 dollar of coupon. I think that was very sweet plus air fresheners and wipes. I loved the wash. This place is very well clean and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Maddie at Go Car Wash provided exceptional service with a smile! She was super helpful and made the whole experience a breeze. Definitely recommend asking for her when you visit! Her knowledge on the different wash options is very impressive. She always goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied.

Go car wash has been one of my go to spots for a while now!! I always leave with a great experience and with my car sparkly clean! Maddie, one of the workers, is very attentive to the customers every need! I recommend asking her for help to every new person wanting a great experience!! Definitely the best!!

IN DECEMBER I GOT MY TRUCK WASHED!!
My mirror was damaged.
Made a claim and got a incident report claim number. After that its been 3 months and no response from management i called multiple times
And all they did was give me the run arounds.
So before you decide to use this place just know they dont seem to care if any damage is sustained to your hard earned property.
YES MAY SEEM LIKE IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE
BUT ITS MY PROPERTY THAT WAS DAMAGED IM SURE IF I WOULD HAVE DAMAGED SOMETHING ON THERE PROPERTY THEY WOULD NOT LET IT SLIDE.
