I’ve been to Golds gyms around the country and also may other top gyms around the world,, and Mission Golds, Tx is by far my favorite. One of the main reasons I give this gym a 5 STAR is because of the cleanliness of this gym!! Chris and Diana are always busy cleaning!!! They have the BEST, most hygienic cleaned gym I ever been to. Many times i WONDER,?? Why are they still cleaning those areas when they are super clean!!? Adm I think the ANSWER is “They take pride in what they do!! Thank you ladies!! You are definitely a great TEAM!! Thank you for being the best for us at Golds!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

When the cleaning ladies are moping they always get my jug all dirty with Clorox and the dirty mop. Are they trying to intoxicate me ? I thought this was common sense skip that part how you gonna always be getting my jug dirty.

Gym is nice, staff is friendly but steam room is never available and the pool is filthy. Such a big chain and can’t maintain the pool clean.😩

Kept on charging me even though I had canceled the membership well I had thought I had canceled it they continued to charge my account and not monthly the system waited 4 months then charged me all at once over 300 dollars ridiculous service in the store too, no one to help me with the matter.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Gold gym in (Mission) such a great place! The staff ( Oscar Ozuna and Chris Munoz) has always been awesome and welcoming. I’ve really enjoyed my time here (2years) and will definitely miss it and all the great people who made it so special lots fun. See you in a year 💪

I pay so much money to go here and they can’t even label the weights on their machines. A million EASY FIXES. I would literally do them myself; get your staff to work! get it together Golds gym!!!

Great gym , compared to TruFit this place is always clean and they are always bringing/buying new machines making it one of my favorite gyms to work Out and relax at the same time . Can be alittle more expensive but worth it . !

Annette and her team from the afternoon, have a big perspective in customer service and committed relationships.
She was amazing towards my attention to detail. As a military veteran it's exiting to know that there are still employees that go above and beyond to excell in human organizational performance.
Gold Gym this is what exemplary customer service is about.

Do not waste your money or time in this gym. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. This gym always smells very bad when you walk in. Not a clean environment at all. They need new staff, new management and also new trainers.

Gold's Gym in Mission Texas has stepped up their game. The facility has new equipment and is being well organized by employees. The front desk is welcoming and new management is doing a great job. Keep up the good work .
