HEB is my preference for buying my groceries or even simple snacks|meals.
Their cheese and meat options (deli) are great as well as their prepared meals!
Prices are reasonable and you also have access to local/regional options.

phone got lost during open hours we didn’t realize till after hours it was close, we went back to store and luckily a great employee helped us find it!! definitely a 5 star review

I would proudly always say I love my HEB, HEB is my go to store for my everyday needs for our home, however Elena who works at the fuel store located on the corner of Conway & Griffin pkwy in Mission ,Tx has been extremely rude to paying customers who choose to go to this store for the convenience of the parking and specifically to grab a iced cold Mr.Pibb since this location offers it . My husband and his partner drive a Utility bucket truck for their line of work and work 12 hours out in the hot sun to provide for our family just as anyone else does. Elena has made it a point to harass my husband and his partner out of the HEB parking lot for no reason. They do not block anything and park away from traffic. I will no longer be giving HEB business if this is the kind of people they employ that harass honest working men who are just trying to get a cold drink and snack to continue their day out in the 100 degree weather outside. Today 7/25/2024 Elena had the audacity to tell my husband I’ve already notified my manager. HEB please do better on your customer service training.

Fantastic employees!!!!
Today I had help from several wonderful women employees when my baby had a major BLOWOUT. Seriously, it was pretty bad, but with their help it wasn’t a completely bad experience.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you so, much for your help. I really appreciated it :)

Grocery manager.
You need to stay on top of your vendors and make you the priority there for your customers.
I go by their daily to buy fresh produce and rotisserie chicken.
Specially bread, Pepperidge farm vendors and Orowheat vendors are always out of stock you need to give them a call and have them deliver.
Your bread aisle at 1:00 p.m. on a weekday should not look like this.

So I Show Up To Pick Up My Wife's Blood Pressure Medication, A Day After The Dr. Send In The RX. And Miss Navid, Stated, They'll Be In Tmrw. Fine, I Go Home. My Wife Proceeds To Call Becuase Evidently, It's Not The First Time They Delay Her Medication. They Were Ready In Half An Hour, After Their Conversation. Terrible, Inconsiderate Service.
