Notice its implied, not stated. Insurance Cos do not want you to know you have a right- no, a need- for a PIA to represent your claim. Why? Because it is the responsibility of the PIA to protect your RIGHTS during the claim process. If no one is protecting your rights, the Carrier can do, say and act however they wish. Your gut is telling you they are not dealing fairly and honestly. Trust your Gut. Hire a PIA.
