“Last week was first time using Build a Prep. I didn’t understand that by ordering online the order wasn’t packed and waiting for pickup. When I got there and learned this there wasn’t a lot of variety left to choose from. The lady explained this and I was able to go back on Monday and get my 12 meals. The meals were very tasty. I like the portion control aspect. It can’t get any easier warming up a prepared meal in the microwave 2 to 3 minutes. I do not warm anything up in plastic in the microwave and put these meals in a bowl and cover and follow cooking directions. Works fine. Would recommend to singles, especially the elder population, or couples. This week I’m having issues ordering online. Will call tomorrow for assistance if I can’t get it done on a third try tonight.”
