Always no carts in the garden section. Talked to staff but it seems that no one listens. I always have to walk to the entrance to get a cart when I just need to grab few things from the garden section.

Good luck trying to get a hold of someone… ANYONE when you call for help. I called several times back to back and waited almost 25-30 minutes and nobody picked up. Every time I go into Home Depot, at least half the employees are walking around pretending to work. And don’t even dare make eye contact with them they’ll Sprint in the other direction . It’s extremely upsetting for those of us who really have jobs to get done.

Bought a new LG refrigerator and didn't realize until it was delivered that there's no light in the freezer section. I called to find out if I could order a light for it and the woman in appliance department was rude and absolutely no help at all. Won't be buying anymore appliances at Home Depot. Train your people better in customer service

I was buying pathway lights and they didn’t have enough on display. I found two employees and 1 kept making excuses and trying to explain to me that the product I was looking for was sold out. Angel 😇 was looking up and shined his light right on the boxes. Within minutes he had them down for me. I spent well over $200 on all the boxes. Great job Angel.

Before heading to Home Depot I made sure that they had the tool I needed. According to the store inventory they had what I was looking for at the store. When I got there apparently they had it at the warehouse ready to restock the following day. What's the point to put availability on the website when you dont have it in the store that specific day. Waste my time driving all the way to Home Depot trusting the website they had what I needed it on Shary Location, but apparently website inventory is not congruent.

Let me tell you guys,as a truck driver,delivering here was an awesome experience, I would come back anytime as long as Eddie the forklift driver is unloading. He is good and fast, home depot needs more employees like him. From a Rolesa driver.

This would be a 5 BUT ... SO MANY EMPLOYEES but they're too busy having personal conversations. You ask for help and have to wait for them to finish with their gossip. Cynthia in lumber area was too busy to help us today. She was helpful enough to move the ladder so my father & I could do what I asked her help for. I truly hope that the manager Joe I spoke with has a talk with her as well. I hope they speak to all associates. This happens far too much at this store. So many employed and very few that help. In plumbing there was a gentleman that was extremely helpful with customers in that area.

From the beginning one of the workers was very rude not enough help apparently. We had to help ourselves. We went to pay and complained to manager in and out of one ear to other. Even when we had to pay we had just qualified for a Home Depot card a few days before we were there for like 2 hours and nothing was resolved . We were taking 3 toilets and we took nothing because not even the people on the phone could help us. It’s ridiculous….. I hate it!!!
