The absolute WORST experience EVER! I had my client come in with me to select material and purchase so I could pick up with my crew the very next day! My $2000 order was not even prepared, and those at the pro desk told me just to go ask staff on the floor for help, those in the floor either ignored me or rudely told me whoever sold me the items was to help me. A cashier named Griselda refused to page anyone for help and once my crew loaded our materials as she watched she attempted to block exit as if we hadn't paid for the materials. I will forever go to Lowes and to a local equipment rental place. Even the equipment rental was such a nightmare! what a way to start a day! Last time I came to this Hone Depot a year ago I was not a pleasant experience either. I am so irate I plan on following up with upper managemen. What an absolute nightmare!

Never fails every time I come to this location the employees are the rudest most unhelpful people I’ve encountered they look at you with disgust they won’t bother to help you they just point and send you off your way without help making you figure on your own the point of me asking you is because I need help!!!!!

Please teach your employees the products the store offers, or at least get someone who can help not just walk away, or say that you don't carry it if I'm showing you a picture from HD website....? Please practice common courtesy, if your having a bad day, please stay home or maybe working with people isn't for you. Offer faster check outs for contractors, please don't put the slowest person on there, please do not close isles when it's rush hour. Offer parking for trucks hauling trailers. Long list of improvement possibilities, I know it's hard to hire good folks, manage departments, and multitask with customers always asking for help. I've done it. Maybe add a digital assistant in all departments and digital map at the entrance? ??♀️ I shop at different locations on a daily basis, and yet the "blue store" experience is so smooth, just saying, it can be done. ?

When you need stuff it’s the place to go. What sucks is that there’s one that is far from my house but I found this one and it’s not that far as most places are like sams club but it’s a bit closer which makes it a bit easier to just drive from my house to this Home Depot in about 5 to 9 minutes depending on how much traffic is passing through from. School, work and the usual one.

I usually go very early in the morning, for the past 2 months. I've been doing plumbing work at my home. There's this one guy by the name of Manny at the plumbing department that has been very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject. Always has a simple solution for my needs

The worst experience I’ve had by far. I was purchasing a fire pit and needed assistance but everyone apparently had more important things to do as they kept telling me. Once someone came to help me he said I needed to go get my own cart then he would be able to help me. No offer to help load in my truck and had to keep asking employees for assistance to load but they needed to take care of other things before. I guess there’s no customer service at Home Depot and no wonder self checkout is now a thing everywhere.

CHAOTIC hard to find help..customers need how to find items by phone locator seminar.!!. Lots of pallets in aisles difficult to walk around.. I'm a veteran have to register to get discounts..Im sticking with shopping at McCoy's.
