Staff are extremely unmotivated to help customers with there needs. While being the only customer in line and over 5 representative behind the counter none have the customer service skills to greet and apologize for the wait ect highly recommended you avoid this branch.

Horrible experience. If I could give a 0 I would … LITZY made it so hard for me to differ several checks .. stating they didn’t have a manager to do so…. HOW IT THAT A CUSTOMERS FAULT … I’ve been banking with IBC for many yrs . I have my business acct n personal .. she made it so hard for me… she also stated it would be the LAST TIME she would differ it!!! Even tho I’m on the LIST! Can’t believe this …

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kayla Martinez and Karina Cantu at IBC Palmhurst, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. As a customer, it's not often that you come across banking professionals who truly go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Kayla and Karina are a shining example of what customer service should be.

The bank tellers in this branch need to attend a training on customer service! I went yesterday to make a deposit and they were busy talking among each other and not acknowledging d customers. They don’t greet or thank the customers. This is very poor customer service that will eventually loose business! If they don’t want to work then they should give others (that really want 2 work) d opportunity to do so.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I am huge on customer service, even if you are unable to help the customer for whatever the reason is, saying NO or unfortunately we are not able to at this time.... should be done with 1. looking customer in the eyes 2. Compassion 3. You need to have a smile in your voice. This is how that one customer refer another client to your business. Today I was trying to open a bank account for my son for the second time at this branch due to them not accepting a a temporary license until hard copy came in mail, they refused to take his driving permit hard copy issued in Texas one. My 17 year old just started working and his employer is asking him for direct deposit to be set up. Finally we received his hard copy Texas license and went again to the same branch Amy was quick to turn us away!! She said they can't open the account cause he was a minor. I told her he is going to have direct from his employer but she still said No! What was worse was that she appeared to be in a bad mood, never looking at me when she was addressing me, never took her sight off her computer even after a asked her if she was in a bad mood! You know when you want to be helped and when someone is plain out being dismissive of them. I requested her to give us back his ID and thanked her for her service and wished her a good night! Extremely disappointed on how this branch has become. Never have we been treated like that. I only say because our older son opened his bank account with them when he was a minor, and till the day he banks with them. What kind of a support is this providing to minors who do want to join the workforce? Doors shut on the face of young minds that do want to contribute back!! Disappointed!!!
