Poor customer service: Bought an item for my mother this Valentine’s Day yesterday. I purchased an M shaped 3D stand up box. The owner prompted me to the items I could do hands on. Long story short he sold me the display item. I asked for a new wrapped box, “all my products are new” he explains. Clearly the item had dust and was pretty beaten up.I dismissed the imperfects and avoided being “that customer” at the flower shop for something so minor. During my engagement of this purchase the owner was very rude. Come to realization that the item was defective once I got home, I called this morning and informed them of my item being broken. The gentleman who answered confirmed my purchased and gave me no hesitation to exchange my item. I asked my partner to do this exchange for me.My partner expressed his frustration after he was denied to exchange the product by the owner. “The man who answered the phone does not know what he doing. Your partner bought this new, she broke it at home” he states. I immediately call the flower shop and expressed my concerns to the owner. Gave him two options 1) give me by money back or 2) exchange by item. The owner agreed to exchange my item but refused to sell me anything anymore.My response to anyone in the market to buy, please revisit other locations. Unless you feel this is the way to treat any customer and apply ethical values. To my surprise my defective item was refunded for price I bought it instead of exchanged.To the owner: I highly suggest to be more professional and treat your customers with fairness. I paid for the product and expected to get a new one. The value of the product might not have been of high value. Those $45 were utilized to make someone smile during a season of love. Very rude service man followed me around and when I was looking at some flowers this man got them and gave it to someone else. Never coming back again >:(
